Terms and Conditions

1. Scope
These Terms govern all contracts and services between Stordia, Pantelis Anadolis, Kurstr. 10, 13585 Berlin, Germany, and our clients, unless otherwise agreed in an individual Statement of Work (SOW).
2. Services
- Agency services: logo design, brand identity, print, web design.
- Website hosting & cloud storage.
- Individual subscription packages as per SOW.
- Social media management platform “Stordia”: centralised management, scheduling and publishing of content on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, YouTube and Google Business Profile.
3. Account & Minimum Age
Users must be at least 13 years old and keep their login credentials confidential. Any misuse must be reported immediately.
4. Prices, Payment & Due Dates
- All prices are in EUR plus applicable VAT.
- Subscriptions are billed in advance (monthly or annually).
- Project fees are invoiced according to the milestone schedule in the SOW.
- Payments are processed via PayPal; no card data is stored.
5. Automatic Renewal & Cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancellation must be received at least 30 calendar days before the end of the term via the self-service portal or at billing@stordia.com.
6. Withdrawal / Refunds

7. User Content
You retain all rights to uploaded content but grant us a non-exclusive licence to store and display it for the purpose of fulfilling the contract. Prohibited content may be removed.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on Stordia.com not originating from users is protected by copyright and may not be reused without permission.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties undertake to keep confidential information secret and to use it only for the purposes of the contract.
10. Warranty
Services are provided “as is”; any implied warranty is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
11. Liability
- No liability for indirect or consequential damages.
- Total liability is limited to the greater of €100 or the fees paid in the last 12 months.
- Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.
12. Termination
In the event of a material breach, termination is possible after a 14-day cure period; outstanding amounts become immediately due.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
German law applies. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Berlin.
14. Changes to these Terms
Changes will be announced 14 days in advance by email or banner. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
15. Severability
If any provision is found to be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
